수학119구조대(이하 「서비스」)는 학생이 카카오톡으로 보낸 수학 문제 사진을 접수해 풀이로 답하는 서비스입니다. 이 문서는 서비스가 사용하는 Google Drive 연결 앱(Google 동의 화면 앱 이름: 「Make」)과 학생 자료를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 운영자
운영자: 수학119구조대 개인정보처리자 법적 표기는 국내 요건 확인 후 확정
문의 이메일: info@math119rescue.com 전용 주소. 수신 설정이 끝나면 확정
2. 이 앱이 접근하는 Google 사용자 데이터
- 어느 계정: 서비스 운영자 본인 1명의 Google 계정입니다. 학생이나 다른 사람의 Google 계정에는 접근하지 않습니다.
- 어느 데이터: 운영자 본인의 Google Drive입니다.
- 요청하는 권한(scope): Make Drive 연결이 실제로 요청하는 scope 이름 확인 후 기재
- 실제로 하는 동작: 학생이 보낸 문제 사진 파일을 지정한 폴더에 업로드(저장)합니다. 이 앱이 파일을 읽거나 삭제하는 동작이 있는지 확인 후 확정
3. 데이터를 사용하는 목적
학생이 보낸 문제 사진을 잃어버리지 않도록 운영자의 Google Drive에 보존하는 것이 유일한 목적입니다. 이 앱은 그 외의 목적으로 Google 사용자 데이터를 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 저장되는 자료와 보관
- 저장되는 자료: 학생이 카카오톡으로 보낸 문제 사진 파일. 학생 중에는 미성년자가 포함될 수 있습니다. (미성년자 관련 문구는 별도 법률 요건 확인 후 확정)
- 저장 위치: 운영자 본인의 Google Drive 지정 폴더.
- 보관 기간: 보관 기간과 삭제 요청 처리 방식은 운영자가 확정
5. 공유
- 사진 파일은 접수 과정에서 자동화 서비스 Make를 거쳐 Google Drive에 저장됩니다.
- 이 앱으로 접근한 Google 사용자 데이터를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외입니다.
6. 보안
이 앱을 승인한 운영자 Google 계정은 2단계 인증으로 보호합니다. 접근할 수 있는 사람은 운영자 본인입니다.
7. 권한 철회와 삭제
- 운영자는 언제든지 Google 계정의 「연결된 앱」 설정에서 이 앱의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
- 학생 자료의 열람이나 삭제를 원하면 위 문의 이메일로 연락해 주세요. 처리 절차 확인 필요
8. Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책
수학119구조대가 Google API로 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 이전하는 것은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요구사항을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 준수합니다.
9. 방침의 변경
이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 새 내용과 수정일을 게시합니다.
Privacy Policy
Math119 Rescue (the "Service") receives photos of math problems that students send through KakaoTalk and replies with worked solutions. This policy explains how the Service handles the Google Drive connection app (shown as "Make" on the Google consent screen) and student materials.

2. Google user data this app accesses
- Which account: Only one Google account, the Service operator's own. The app does not access the Google accounts of students or anyone else.
- Which data: The operator's own Google Drive.
- Scopes requested: to be filled in after checking the scope Make's Drive connection actually requests
- What it actually does: It uploads (saves) the problem-photo files that students send into a designated folder. to confirm whether the app performs any read or delete action
3. Purpose
The only purpose is to preserve the problem photos students send, by saving them to the operator's Google Drive so they are not lost. The app does not use Google user data for any other purpose.
4. Materials stored and retention
- Stored materials: problem-photo files that students sent through KakaoTalk. Some students may be minors. (wording on minors to be confirmed after a separate legal-requirements check)
- Location: a designated folder in the operator's own Google Drive.
- Retention: retention period and deletion-request process to be set by the operator
5. Sharing
- During intake, photo files pass through the automation service Make on their way to Google Drive.
- Google user data accessed through this app is not sold or provided to third parties, except where required by law.
6. Security
The operator's Google account that authorizes this app is protected with 2-step verification. Only the operator has access.
7. Revoking access and deletion
- The operator can revoke this app's access at any time in the Google Account "Third-party apps & services" settings.
- To request access to or deletion of a student's materials, contact the email above. process to be confirmed
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
Math119 Rescue's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version and its date will be posted on this page.
